Consultation before your travel
After contacting the clinic you will receive a welcome email including your registration number. The clinic’s staff will ask you to send some information about your intentions and ideas. After that they will send you further information about the opportunities, risks and other subjects you may have inquired about. In this early part of the consultation your main form of communication will be via email. In case the ear correction surgeon has more information to discuss with you, they may contact you by phone. The consultation on the phone, together with your photos, is almost equivalent to a personal examination. According to the results of the consultation the surgical team will prepare a quote and send it to you. If you accept the quote the next step will be to plan your trip with assistance from the clinic.

Consulting on the telephone: If you have already had your blood and ECG tests, send us a couple of pictures of the body parts you would like to alter along with your test results. In this case you can consult with
our doctors on the phone and they will kindly answer all your questions. At this time you can
ask them any and all medical questions and they will give you detailed answers concerning your surgery.
Preparations for the trip - The clinic will ask you what date and time is good for your surgery. You can settle the exact date of the surgery with one of the representatives. The flight tickets and accommodations have to be booked. The surgeon has to plan out the necessary medical preparations which have to be completed before your operation. When the preparations are complete they will send you a schedule that will include the name and phone numbers of all contacts including your personal assistant. Also included will be the address, email address and phone number of the hotel and clinic, your flight number and the exact time of your flights, the time and the place of the preliminary examinations, operation and post-operation check up, etc. After you confirm all the information the only thing left for you to do is to book your flight ticket. Then you are ready to travel abroad!
